The accommodations are ready in the early afternoon from 15:00 to 19:00: arrivals at different times must always be agreed in advance with the reception.

Unfortunately, the area is not served by public transport and taxis are not too easily traceable, we recommend that you have your own vehicle to be more independent in your movements.

Although we love animals and live in daily contact with them, we are unable to accommodate them, we trust in your understanding.

We are sorry but all of our rooms are non-smoking.

We don't have a restaurant on the farm, but a few steps away from us there are two good places open for dinner.

We organize guided tours of the cellars with wine tasting, extra virgin olive oil and Tuscan products every day by reservation.
Upon request, it is possible to organize a cooking class with lunch and wine pairing

At the time of booking, the details of a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) are required as a form of guarantee; the credit card may be pre-authorised at any time after booking.
If you prefer, it is also possible to pay a deposit by bank transfer.

For cancellations within 7 days of your arrival: no penalty.
For cancellations between 7 and 0 days from your arrival: 50% penalty on the total cost of the stay.
For No Show 100% penalty.
